I've recognized over the years the power of being thankful. The more I am thankful; the better I feel and the happier I am. So I have an idea, and I want to share it with you.

It's really simple.

But it is something we all lose track of so easily.

I mean, we all live super busy lives

When all we want is happiness

AND the last thing we want to do is add another task to the "To Do List".

But hear me out

I've got an easy way for you to take back control of your life.

Many opportunities have presented themselves to me, and I have learned to be thankful for each and every one of them.

So instead of worrying about your future for a moment

Go ahead and rejoice in the beauty and love that is already yours.

It can be anything from sharing a loving embrace

to a vibrant sunset, from a delicious piece of fruit

to a bath you indulged yourself in, from a walk in nature

to a peaceful moment of relaxation, from a song

to a meaningful painting.

So let's take the first step together

Let's agree to celebrate more, laugh more often, and cheer on your family and friends

And now let the fun begin

As you share your gratitude daily:

~ Via a picture you post on facebook, twitter, or instagram with a public hashtag #thankful365


~ Via a photo you print and post on your own vision board

It really is that simple.

How many days can you express your gratitude?

I challenge you to try to do it for 3 months.

Could you do it for an entire year?

It's a personal challenge,

so no need to worry about keeping score.

Why go through all that hassle?

This daily exercise has been shown to help many people (including me):

~ Begin to recognize the gifts they already have

~ Smile more often

~ Entertain new opportunities
